We were told that the water heater and water softener would be paid off as well as a new furnace put in. That was in August of 2022. They put the furnace in, it works fine so far and told us it would take some time to get the contacts paid out, but they would repay the money to us.
They did pay us back for September, October, and November come December the other contracts were still coming out of our account as well as the loan Pinnacle arranged for us. The last time we had any contact with them was January 19th 2023. An email arrived saying a cheque was being mailed out that day for December and January. It is April and we have not gotten any mail from them. I have been trying to reach them since January 24th to no avail. We are still paying the original contracts and the new one, meaning it is costing us double. They owe us for 4 months.
When you call it goes straight to voice mail, no calls are ever returned, no emails are ever returned. They are not to be trusted and I would not recommend them to anyone.
