Green Star Appliances Repair

The Green Star technician inspected my washer in detail and they repaired only what was necessary. They could have taken the easy route and just replaced everything but they didn't. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the work performed. My washer is good as new.

Roman was an excellent choice to help us with our Samsung dishwasher which was displaying an error code LC, an indication of a possible leak. He was prompt, professional, checked everything thoroughly and explained what we could do to better deal with this ourselves if the code reappeared. If this happens again in the future, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will definitely call him again. His fee was very reasonable.

Outstanding service!!! Roman responded quickly to our request for assistance with our dishwasher that was not working properly. He was extremely thorough with diagnosing the problem. We used Green Star Repair via HomeStars and were very pleased with Roman's immediate communication, his availability to service our over-the-range microwave (contacted him around 8:30pm and he was over before 1pm the next day), his punctuality (he texted my husband to indicate he was on his way), his explanation of the problem and his price seemed reasonable (we didn't have a comparable, but it was worth it in our eyes).

Great great service! Roman responded promptly, efficiently diagnosed what was wrong, and did a great job in all these repairs. The price was fair, and when I was able to find much cheaper costing listings for a very expensive washing machine motor, Roman was able to get a local warehouse to match that. He also fixed a loose kitchen faucet handle, which wasn't part of the original service request. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
