Absolutely outstanding! Machine died on a Sunday morning and I received a reply immediately. Roman was able to determine exactly what the problem was and resolve it right away - could not have asked for better service!

Roman was responsive and easy to coordinate times with. He quickly assessed the issue with our fridge and came back the next day with the new part we needed and finished the repair in 15-20 minutes. Will definitely hire him again when needed!

He found the problems in our applicances quite quickly, made some calls and returned the next morning to fix both applicances in no time. Plus his rates are reasonable. My fridge and freezer stopped working one evening. Roman contacted me right away and was able to give me an appointment the next day! He diagnosed the issue quickly but unfortunately, the required part wasn’t available (it was an old fridge). However, had it been, I would have definitely had him come back to install it!
