Found the staff at Polaron, from sales to operations to be very professional. Im only part way through my installation so cant say much, but so far looks good. The financing options and the government subsidy were clinchers. Found the installers, who I believe to be a subcontractor, to be less professional. They showed up Easter Sunday morning without notice. Next time they wrote me on a Sunday for a Monday appointment but canceled when I replied on Monday, and chastised me for my delayed response. However, calls to Operations quickly remedied any concerns.
