Don't be fooled. DON'T SIGN ANYHING!!! Salesman will promise 0% government loans. Nope, that won't happen. No help in applying. No information on how to apply. They will try not to honour their contract. It took multiple trips to Sudbury from Toronto because they "didn't have the supplies they needed". The salesman will call you yelling like a madman and trying to pressure you into signing the "bridge financing" paperwork. Then they will hang up and badger you by text. Finally, when you complain the company will ghost you and will not respond to messages. The "bridge financing" is actually a very high interest loan.
I have a contract from the sale rep that states "0% Government Loan". Anyone else thinking about a class action lawsuit?
