Experience with LG home comfort
I saw the add of LG home comfort , I put my information, the agent came to my house, he promised with everything good about the company , he told me the equipment, prices and service are the best in Ontario, and he claimed that other companies of the same business are not good.
My story started when I agreed on dismantling the equipment that I have in my house and let them put their equipment, I checked the prices of their equipment online and I found them worth $ 7550, they gave it me for $18000 ,
2. The warranty of 10 years on service and parts is totally fake, I called them the 2nd day to come and fix the Thermostat, they said I have to put hold of $150 on Credit card as preservice. So the service is not free of charges as they claimed
3. They informed me that they will take care of my rental service of removed old equipment but they didn't, and the renting company Reliance kept sending me bills because LG comfort kept the old equipment and didn't send it back to Reliance
4. They promised me that I can get the government loan of 10 years without interest which they always put in their add to deceive customers, I did the application as they said and I didn't get the loan.
5. The agent told me they will clean the ducts in my house as I get their equipment, but they never did, they told me to ask other duct cleaners and do it on my own charge.
6. When you call LG comfort customer service, they put you on hold then they transfer you to leaves a voice mail, and they don't call back at all.
7. This company is a money holic they just through catches to customers and make them suffer
8. I have bad experience with company, it is not comfortable as they claim, and their agents are trained on hiding information and giving information that catches customers
9. They hooked me up with a financing company immediately to get their money and make you suffer for 10 years paying high interest monthly payments
10. I don't recommend this LG uncomfortable for anyone

It is hard for us to comment/respond as you have posted this anonymously, however we can address a few of your points.
1) if you do in fact have no heat, please call our office as we would like to rectify this- especially before it gets cold
2) the warranty is not fake, parts and labour is covered for manufacturer defects and installation errors. If you payed with the thermostat, this is not covered under warranty. You were not asked to pay upfront, but have a pre-authorization put on your card h tip the issue could be determined. This is standard practice and company policy.
3)we do return rental equipment, if you did not receive proof of your equipment return, please reach out to our office.
4) we do not guarantee the government loan. It is not in our power to control and deciding factors include your credit score as well as debt-income ratio.
5)our agent would not have promised to clean your ducts- this is not a service that we provide
6) our company phones do not have a voicemail option- it is possible/likely you were out on hold if all of our team members were on the line with other people
7) if you chose to finance your purchase, you were given all documentation that outline the interest rates you are not locked in for 10 years as it is an open loan that can be paid off at anytime.In summary, please reach out to our office to get your no heat issue rectified as well as getting you a copy of your rental return. We are truly sorry that you would not recommend our team as we take transparency and honesty extremely seriously at all levels of our organization.
