Hi Osvaldo, it's unfortunate that you are resorting to spreading misinformation rather than clearly communicating with us. You, and your wife/partner/co-signer reviewed the contract and the financing paperwork, which is transparent and clearly outlines the agreed upon and negotiated price. We are happy to provide all transcripts and documentation to the Consumer Protection agency when they reach out to us- we have an exemplary record with them and expect to continue to do so. You have buyers remorse, which is fine, and we were happy to cancel your contract and come remove the equipment for you but you are also unwilling to pay for the house modifications that we had to do in order to install like installing new electrical and running a new gasline- you would also not let us remove it. That work is not free.
