He was my tenant he did caulking for my property
He charged me 700$ without take my permission I did not see any caulking signs also he did not pay the rent 6 months

Exterior Window Caulking job was done in a professional like manner by Abu Jawad. He removed the old caulking and do proper cleaning around the windows before applying new caulking. He took his time to finish the job. I would highly recommend him for his service.
