Daniel should not do or try to attempt jobs he is not capable of doing,
a person's home is his or her castle and if you make a mistake try
to rectify ASAP, good money was spent never asked for a dime back but had to get other trades to repair flaws.

We sincerely apologize for the reaction that the semi-gloss paver sealer had on areas surrounding the perimeter of the pool. White blotches can occur for various reasons and is not uncommon. We used 'Seal King' and applied with standard procedure. Given that other areas around the property came out as expected, it can be concluded that the material used and method of application were not the cause for blotching.
To rectify the situation, a sealer stripper was brought in and applied to one stone to begin with in order to ensure expected results.
Unfortunately, before given the chance to complete the repair we were informed that someone else had been hired to address the issue.Regardless of the situation, we do understand your perspective and would like to apologize once again for the inconvenience and aggravation this may have caused.
