Best Appliance Repairs

Very friendly professional service. They came on time, did a thorough inspection of our dishwasher. They performed one repair which seemed to work but a few weeks later we experienced a different problem. We knew the two problems probably weren't related but Best Appliance Repairs came by again to take a look. We probably require a costly part replacement but Best Appliance Repair did what they could to avoid that on our 10 year old machine. With the overall experience, they really gave us the sense that they care about their customers. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They didn't rush and took their time to really investigate the problems and discuss it with us. I will definitely be calling on them again when the need arises and I can certainly recommend them.

Eric was always on time, honest, and experienced. He repaired both my washing machine and oven. My washing machine unfortunately didn't start after service but he returned within a day to get it back running without added cost. Thank you Eric!!

LG dryer (purchased 2008) became noisy. Didn't know what was wrong although sounded like the drum was struggling to turn. Was concerned about availability of parts. Chose Best Appliance Repairs and am pleased we did. Prompt response (two business days), diagnoses and repair. Confirmed that a roller had seized. We asked for all to be replaced. Had needed parts on the truck. Repair completed promptly and dryer has worked well since.

I called Eric after we had a technician (from a company we later found out was defrauding customers) come and check our dishwasher. We did not trust the diagnostic from the company so we called Best Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Eric responded to my request immediately and was able to come the same day. He found the problem immediately and even stayed to make sure the appliance was working properly after the work the other technician had done. Eric was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. From now on, I know who I will be calling first for any appliance issues that I have. Thanks Eric!

Had a very frustrating time trying to get old oven repaired before finally buying a new one. Then no luck with getting it installed until I found Best Appliance Repairs on Home Stars- very quick to respond, very informative, professional and efficient. The new oven was installed and tested smoothly and quickly. Strongly recommended and wonderful to know of them for any future appliance repair needs.

Eric installed a refrigerator. He was on time, efficient and completed the job. The fridge was a bit bigger than the space allotted and he was able to come up with a work around and solve the issue. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.

I have never written a review before but had to because of the incredible service I received. Eric is excellent. I had two technicians come look at my fridge. Both couldnt seem to figure out the issue. I was provided Erics contact from a friend who used him before. From the time I called him he was very helpful and honest. He was able to speak with my tenant to get what the issue was and called me to advise me on the best route to take. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again. It is very hard to find a technician that is honest, reliable and responds quickly.
