Eric was prompt to reply to my request for service. Upon arrival on the same day he quick and very professional in resolving the issue. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him!

Overcharged for everything, didnt even fix the issue I had. Do not use this guy, will charge you for everything you dont need and not even fix the problem. 0/10 experience, after having been ovrecharged for the work he did which didnt hold up I ended up getting someone else to fix the issue properly for a lot less and was appalled at my experience with Eric.

After not being able to use my washer the night before and trying to fix it myself to no avail, I found these guys on homestars and gave them a call. Within same day, Eric was able to come out and diagnose the problem laying out my options and outcomes. He quickly found there was toonie and cloth lodged inside my drainage pipe in the washer and was able to fix my issue. As a side issue he also took a look at my combioven which was not functioning and diagnosed it as a relay issue but unfortunately did not have the part yet. But so far these guys have been great and friendly, would definitely recommend and the price is fair!

Our dear old Whirlpool Washing machine needed a new motor.
Dylan was able to provide a "loaner", until the correct, new model was shipped. In a very few days he was back and completed the work.
Dylan was friendly, very competent, knowlegeable, and provided excellent service. We will defonitely call Best Appliances in the future for all of our household needs.

My dishwasher developed a leak, I contacted Homestars and Best Appliance Repairs responded immediately with clear service pricing. Availability Monday morning was agreed to and Eyan came on time as promised. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 70min. A few tips and some advice was also shared.

Eric was helpful even before I hired him- answering a bunch of questions. We ended up needing a new dishwasher and we had Eric do the install. So glad we did. He was was very professional, efficient and kind. Hopefully, we dont need to replace any other appliances too soon, but if we do well hire Eric.

I had a fridge that was leaking water out the front due to ice build-up in the bottom of the freezer due to a frozen drainpipe. I got a service call from Eric the day after I reached out and he came and cleared the frozen pipe. He was courteous and professional and made very efficient work of the issue. Fast, efficient, friendly! Eric ordered and installed a new ice maker for my fridge over the span of just a few days. Came exactly when he said he would. Also saved me hundreds of dollars by sourcing just the broken wheels for my dishwasher rather than me having to replace the whole bottom rack as the manufacturer said I had to. Thanks, Eric!
