We hired Miller Flooring because they were reasonably priced, honest and responsive for our basement re-carpeting & main floor stair runner installation. Communication was superb throughout the process. Despite manufacturing delays due to Covid19 which were beyond their control, Mark & John did an exceptional job and were quick and tidy. Our home is 110 years old with very uneven narrow stairs and unique challenges to work around. They were experienced and digest and made these issues seem like non-issues!
If you are going with their supplier Mohawk, be flexible if carpet isn't in stock as it could take a few weeks for delivery. We are very happy with the carpet quality they sourced (they were also willing to install something else of our choosing from another provider) and we would 100% use Mark & John again.
