Don't use this company. The account rep that quoted the job is

The account rep Bill gouge at his customer. We were the victim of an initial job of $12,000 and a potencial second job of $10,000. Just to go over with the company and him, we decided to pay for the First job but didnot proceed with the second one. He would scare you that Town of Oakville inspector would come and flash the toilet (honestly there's no problem with our toilet) and we will not be able to get the rebate of $2000 just to get the second job done and make more money. They are way overpriced. Should have use another company.
