Deck Removal

Demex offered a firm price promptly.
Follow-up by Francisco was excellent and an agreed-on attendance time was kept. The deck was demolished and the site left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Demex.

Drywall Work and Paint Job

Fransisco did a great job completing a multitude of work done to my condo, including: fixing drywall holes, applying primer coat and
two coats of paint for the entire unit as well as baseboards. He also installed multiple sinks and shower faucets. All the work was done in a timely manner and the space was left in a clean and presentable state. I would recommend Fransisco for any job, big or small.
