Our non-profit housing cooperative organization reached out to Next Gen Paving in late 2023. We needed to have our asphalt parking lot and driveway space redone after major capital work at one of our properties located in Downtown Toronto. CJ and his team of incredible workers came in to demolish and reinstall a new asphalt driveway, parking lot and also created a small ramp to help one of our tenants with a disability. The Next Gen Team are very professional, accurate and coordinated. The guys were able to remove tree roots at the back of our property to properly line up the parking area! Honestly, if I had the ability to tip the guys on the work, we would have!!! All of our tenants who live at the property are loving the new driveway. The kids love playing in the parking lot space too!
