If I can give less than 0 for the job that is not Ben done I will do.
Our agreement was made on April 14 and the scope details and timeline set for work to be completed in a month duration.
The guy his name is Atila kept delaying and conditioning to not work untill further payment is made.
As of Jun 12th, 34k in cash payment has been payed to him.
In Jun 22nd, He demanded additional 24K on the original contract while No new items has been added to the original scope and the only difference since April 14th agreed contract was additional quantities in the concrete measurement which does not justify His demand of 24k.
Just to make it clear,
We have Not accepted his demand of the additional 24k and the additional concrete quantities that He pushed to add is not wanted.
He have in all ways not respected the original agreement total amount neither the completion timeline and barely made a progress in the work done after almost 10 weeks.
For the record, the concrete formwork as is done is not consistent with the agreed 6 inch slab thickness and executed formwork does
not allow for appropriate slope relevant to the slab size which mean water ponds on the slab.
In addition, nothing of the landscape work is complete and He have also damaged the pool piping and electrical wiring.
I kept giving Him the benefit of doubt and trusting Him to complete the work by July 1st as per the paper written by Him on Jun 22nd.
He broke the agreement by leaving the work and kept us with no choice but to resolve this matter in court.
