My family decided to replace our 2nd floor carpet and stairs which was also carpeted into hardwood floor recently. Ian and his team of contractors are very professional throughout the whole project. Ian visited us to provide a detailed evaluation and quote, giving us information on different options and answering all our questions with thorough details. During the project being done, both the stair installation team and the floor installation team members were very professional, cooperative and responsive to anything we inquired to improve and fix. Ian whos overlooking the project was always quick to respond to our inquires as well as requirements, for any big or small things we identified that needing further fix/improvement, he would communicate with his team timely and the team will come in to get them done per our requirement.

The stair technicians provided us suggestions and information on color of raider which turned out to look fab. Also special show-out to Maiwand the hardwood floor contractor, who knows his craft very well and did a fantastic job, also provided us a lot of tips and tricks on how to well keep and maintain our newly installed hardwood floor.
