William Alexander Construction (WACON) was the general contractor on our kitchen remodel, completed in July 2020. From our very first meeting, it was evident that they were experienced, personable, and able to explain the process well and answer our questions. Throughout every step of the remodel, WACON was on top of the details, skillfully engaging and managing a team of builders, plumbers, electricians, floor refinishers, painters and tilers; devising creative solutions to design challenges; and regularly and honestly communicating with us about progress, budget and timelines. Several situations arose where they went above and beyond. For example, when the installer for the cabinet company we hired accidentally punctured a water pipe and took absolutely no responsibility for dealing with it, we reached out to WACON who was able to fix the pipe within hours. When water from a malfunctioning upstairs toilet began to leak through the newly painted kitchen ceiling, WACON was able to quickly arrange a repair. We will definitely turn to WACON for any home improvements we undertake in the future, and have already recommended them to friends who are starting the process.
