Zuperb Property Maintenance

Hope no one wants to use Zuperb Property Maintenance services. The owner is untrustworthy, not reliable, not honest and irresponsible person of his work. He took my $1500 deposit bank check on Sep 09/2021 to buy materials and not started work yet. Sep 22/2021 is the date of started work, he asked me another $500 left for some more materials that he miscalculated in order for him to do his job. I lost my trust with him and did not give. Lucky I still can save my $500 back. As total work is $2000, $500 left would be taken when job finished as agreement both sides. Then he told me he needs to go home take some tools and he played game to disappear completely. No any refund for me. I tried to send him many texts and calls to cancel job and get refund back and never get back to me. Please be careful we lose money easily. This is a very horrible landscaping company in Calgary.
Please be very careful to use this company service. It would be very hard for people to believe and trust what the owner of this company said. I was fallen in his trap.
He provided me a fake invoice. Not recommend to anyone at all. He is not a prepaid contractor. He is supposed not to take my money of front before a job is finished. It was too late for me to realize that. Wish this message can send to everyone to avoid lose money and get upset, annoyed yourself for this issues happens to us.
One more important point for everyone pay attention. The business card of this company address is looked very colorful, pretty but no real address printed shows on. Address appears on the invoice is fake. His postal code appears all different on different website if we pay attention. No good reputation for this company. The owner company has a very good plan set up for the main purpose to disappear, escape from clients after receiving the money. I think I am not the first person has fallen in this trap.
I just got a message advise from Consumers Office. I think this is very important to let consumers know. This company is not a licensed and neither a prepaid contractors.
