On Oct 27 sent an email to Eco Spray asking if they could re-foam my front room window from the outside. They requested a telephone number to discuss the job. I spoke with Ina (Manager) who asked for pictures which were sent on the 28th. An estimate was provided on October 29th. Payment was requested in full prior to scheduling the job. Ina advised that Since it's a small job and under our minimum charge, if you decide to go ahead with the work, we will schedule you on the day we will have another project in the area which was scheduled but not fulfilled. Instead, Because of the late response, we can not organize to come today. We will be on site tomorrow to finish the work. The work was not even started. Ina rescheduled the job, for October 30th, sent the truck to the wrong address, the crew were unable to re-foam from the OUTSIDE as originally requested and believe the owner (?) spoke to me on their crews phone advising that they did not have the equipment to do the job requested. Now Ina, (said she is Manager) stated that she is withholding $200.00 from my payment of $565.00 which has now been reduced to $100 for their travel time. The estimate does not state in the fine print that I would be obligated to reimburse their travel time. Did I just get duped from a certified and rate Home Star company?
