Nobrega's Discount House has a HUGE selection of curtains,drapes,shades and window hardware in all price ranges,including rods and all the hardware you'll need to make your windows beautiful.Their stock changes frequently with new things coming in all the time.The staff was quite knowledgable and helpful as well.
