Non responsive and refuse to correct issues

I had their team do landscaping at my house last summer (2922).
There were some deficiencies in the turf installation that needed to be addressed. It was my fault to pay them their last instalment but now they have disappeared and stopped answering all of my calls / texts.
Would not recommend and would not use again.
