Just Imagine Renovations

Just Imagine Renovations recently completed a full gut/rebuild of our early 1900’s 2 story home in the Toronto downtown core and we could not be happier. The renovation included making the main floor open concept, widening the stairs, new wiring/plumbing/hvac and reconfiguring the upstairs. We did meet with a number of contractors and are glad we choose Theo. From our first meeting we could tell he was very knowledgeable and was a honest trustworthy person.
Overall Theo and his team exceeded our high expectations. The entire team was very knowledgeable, professional and fully dedicated to doing high quality work. The quality and attention to detail was evident from the finishing’s in the washrooms, kitchen, the built-in’s and the custom finishing’s including the ½ inch reveal around the stairs.
We have been getting many compliments from our friends and neighbours who have seen the home. We also got Theo to renovate our daughters home and once again he came through and exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Theo and his team to anyone interested in doing a home renovation.

Theo and his Team are professional, budget conscious, timely and delivery above and beyond what they promise - a rare combination these days. I didn't have to worry about micro managing anyone for details or fit and finish because the Just Imagine Team does that without the need for that feedback - they are not happy unless it is perfect. They really care about their work and it shows. Imaginative and able to successfully execute the project - easy to work with and pleasant to be around. They are the real deal and I highly recommend their company!
