We HIGHLY recommend Como Maintenance. We hired them to do a deep clean on the exterior of our house before we listed it for sale. The Como team was able to remove 24 years of dirt, moss and tiger striping from the windows, gutters, siding and 2 decks! The house looked amazing when they finished. The price was very competitive and they worked with our tight (insane actually) schedule and got everything done in time on budget and did an amazing job to boot!

Deck Renovation

I am highly impressed with workmanship and politeness of Como Maintenance Team. My deck started rotting on certain parts, they changed those sections in no time, sanded the entire deck and stained it the following day. Highly recommend this company.

We had the deck at our residence refinished. Excellent work, fair prices. Highly recommend Como maintenance for deck sanding, staining and upkeep.
