WIll not contact Mr Electric again
Last year I got Mr Electric Company through Homestars for installation of 2 smart thermostats and maybe an addition of electrical outlet if it didn't cost alot. The service man was unable to install the thermostats. But was able to add the outlet and replaced two flourescent light bulbs in basement. He initially suggested that I would need a new Panel board for the outlet but said he would work around it. This was done competently.
I was disappointed that the service man did not put the ceiling tiles back and left a mess on the floor. I am currently looking for an electrician to replace motion sensors but I remember this company and decided not to contact them.

Unfortunately posting a review here 6 months later is not an ideal way to have your problem addressed as we don't know who you are. All of our service staff are well received by our customers. It sounds like your issue was not with our responsiveness or the quality of the work as per Ontario electrical code, but the perceived attitude of the service tech?
