My very old wired garage door opener stopped working and we did not have the keys to manually open the garage door - leaving us fully locked out of our garage. I posted the problem with Homestarts one evening and MGD called me immediately to note that the team could be at my house the next day. They arrived and quickly assessed the problem, removed the old lock, installed a new one and a wireless keypad and all within 45 minutes.
