Koncept provided a very experienced and hardworking project manager who developed a plan for all aspects of the job, then gathered all the appropriate tools and trades to carry out the work. The work resulted in a clean removal of the old shower and its replacement with a gleamingly beautiful new shower which not only provides a superb shower bath but adds significant value to my condo.
