A skilled crew and responsive management. As per our agreement, they've brought bubble wrap and boxes, and showed us how to pack efficiently and safely, so we helped them a bit. They strapped everything inside the truck, which was important to us because we had a lot of fragile stuff we wanted to stay in one pice
