Easy2go Movers

We were moving out of a 3-bedroom townhouse from Peel Region to the Niagara Region. We initially contacted one of the highest-rated movers in Homestars, but they couldn't accommodate us as they were fully-booked on the date of our move. They suggested I post a request for quote so that other movers who are available can reach out to me to provide quotes, which is what I did. Easy2go was the first one to reply, came to the house to look at the contents and provided a quote right there and then. The quote included packing of kitchen items, breakables as well as mirrors and artworks on the wall. This quote also included a stop at PODS Storage to unload the contents of a 16-foot container. We had a nice meeting with Summit and he was very personable and he didn't hesitate to advise us on ways to save on the final price.

On the day before the move, 2 guys came in to do the packing. If I remember correctly, it took them at least 6 hours to pack, but didn't finish because they needed some more supplies, so they said they were bringing in more supplies in the morning. Morning came and the truck went directly to PODS Storage to empty the container. After unloading the container, they even packed the stuff they unloaded before they loaded them onto their truck to make sure our stuff are well-protected and secured. My husband was very impressed.

After they finished emptying the container, they went to our place to unload and load the contents of our 3-bedroom townhouse. Just like they did at PODS, they made sure our stuff are well-protected. They packed what needed to be packed, and disassembled what needed to be disassembled. The movers all worked hard and they were also very respectful. We left our old place at exactly 5 pm, to begin our drive to our new home 90-minutes away.

We got to our new home sometime around 7 pm. They started unloading boxes and assembling what needed to be assembled. We/they didn't finish until about an hour after midnight, and all that time, they were working as hard as they did like during the day. When everything was said and done, we were shown our final bill for the move, and it is exactly what we were quoted. We also gave them tips (on both days) just to show our appreciation.

Easy2go had a much better quote when compared to the one I initially contacted (which did not even include packing and the PODS unload/load). I will not hesitate to contact Easy2go movers if we ever need to move again. Suffice it to say, we are very satisfied that we went with Easy2go. No headaches at all!
