I would not recommend this company.
My wife and I did 2 bathrooms.
Bruno's guys had no care for our home. Carrying their product up and down our stairs; they damaged our walls and stairs. They thought using a marker was acceptable to cover the gashes and scratches they left.
We asked for subway tile with charcoal grout and caulking in both. The subway tile is not lined up. It should be even across and in certain areas it's uneven which is very noticeable. the corners had HUGE gaps because of the horrid planning of his guy. So they had to use literally an inch of caulking to fill it. We were forced to use white caulking and not charcoal or it would've been a huge line. It looks like his guys used dirty fingers to flatten it as well.
The bathtub was destroyed. It was almost like his guys tossed his tools in there and scratched and gashed it. He replaced it which was nice, but I asked him not to because every time his guys came and fixed their mistakes, more got damaged. SURE ENOUGH, tiles were cracked and not fixed, the edging drywall was cracked, and the floor caulking was just left.
His guys came back and repainted some stuff. Didn't even take down mirrors, paintings, lights, or anything. So we have paint all over those as well.
Bathroom 2:
Transition strip still a month and a half after he said they'd come and fix it, never showed. I was called saying they would be there, didn't show. No call or text. Still not finished. The floor vent he cut too big, so the grill now wont fit.
The shower head arm, was left at a downward angle because they didn't secure the pipe behind the wall. The ceiling was left unfinished. The floor was uneven so they had to redo that. After they found out the guy didn't secure the drain to the floor. So if we didn't fix it, it would've flooded. They then had to fix it and cut on an angle into the tiles on and upward angle. Not to mention they used black, and not charcoal, so I have 2 different colours now. They used 2 different coloured white caulking in the shower for the same reason in the last bathroom; corners cut too thick. As well, finished the caulking with a dirty finger.
The only thing that was good was the floor tile. That even now, the grout is starting to chip.
I've posted the pictures. You tell me if I'm being picky. Maybe it was a bad job, but I asked him repeatedly to please come look at it so I can show you. Every time he ghosted us and didn't show, then would send someone else. Not even respect enough to call or text us to say he wont make it.
