Intek design and build

We had Terry and his crew build fencing for our cluster of new homes. After he finished we paid him and everything seemed fine. Until this year I found 5 post that are splitting apart. I contacted Terry he was very nice and said he would come and take a look at it. We'll it's been 4 months of telephone tag and now he is just ghosting me. On the bill it says there is warranty but he will kot honour's anything. I would not recommend him to people I hate. Also I just heard in my neighborhood chat that he just the samething to another group of brand new houses that got his poor services and getting ghosted....

TERRY IS THE WORST PERSON TO TRUST WITH ANYTHING

Terry and his crew had the best quote and solid reviews going into the build for our neighbourhood but soon realized they were incredibly messy with their work, leaving dirt and garbage on the street for days, and wont finish their job. We hav neighbours missing handles, and even entire parts of a fence. We were reassured for months he was going to finish our deck, then he just began ignoring every message I sent. I assume he blocked my number, as my husband got an immediate response until he said who he was. Blocking numbers is a childish way to run a business. Hes left two safety hazards in our deck for our small children to fall into, or for raccoons to find their way under. I would recommend to not trust hell follow through on his contact.

The work done on the fence could have been better. The fence needs alot more nails to prevent movement and rattling. Also more care needs to be given to ensure there are no spaces or minimal visible space is left between wood panels of the fence. Another constructive criticism; at the end of each working day please remember to pack up and remove all heavy machinery and all materials from the work site ( our backyards) as to prevent injury/harm to kids when they come out and play.

Terry did an amazing job in doing our fence.
He delivered it more than what we expected.
Nowadays, No downpayment but payment upon completion is a big thing as many fake contractors arises.
