Very happy with AVM services! Email communication was prompt (I received a reply within 15 minutes of my initial inquiry). Very affordable service and thorough clean of our apartment. In hindsight, we noticed 1 small detail was missed - the ceiling light fixtures were not cleaned. Very small in the grand scheme of things. Our balcony was especially dirty from fall leaves and seasonal rain. AVM did a great job with this (the balcony looks better now than it did when we first moved in!). We will be using AVM again in the future for more regular cleans.
