Craftsmen Tile and Bath

Very happy with the tile install in our kitchen & laundry rooms as part of a full renovation. Michael was very good to deal with. He visited our home and then provided a detailed written estimate for the job. Michael was one of three quotes we received. Based on meeting and speaking with him and the fact that he had such a high rating on HomeStars we selected him for the job. Communication with Michael was easy and he responded to my messages right away prior to beginning the work. Michael also provided suggestions to make the project more complete. We came across Michael at Craftsmen Tile a few ago from a friend. We were impressed by the work and called him for a quote. Michael responded right away and answered all of our questions as we were looking to utilize and maximize the space in our bathroom. So glad we found Michael at Craftsmen Tile and Bath! Professional and courteous, he did an excellent job re-tiling and adding mosaic accent tile to our large powder room. He also referred us to an excellent plumber to make the changes needed for the new sink plumbing. Michael himself stepped in to help us with last minute adjustments to the plumbing to fit our new vanity and undermount sink. Attentive to our requests for small changes and accurate in his estimate, we would happily hire him again.

The shower stall caulking had deteriorated to the point where mould was present at all seams. Craftsmen removed the remaining caulking, cleaned and sanitized all surfaces, then applied new caulking.
Following that, he applied new grouting to the tiled walls of the shower stall and sealed it afterwards. The work was done efficiently and completed in a day, and the shower stall looks brand new again.

We contacted many companies for our ensuite reno and were not happy with any of them. Then a friend of ours recommended us to Mike from Craftsmen Tile. It was the best choice we ever made. Michael made our bathroom into a spa. Beautiful white subway tiles with white grout (his recommendation) thank you Michael, with a freestanding tub and tub filler. It looks amazing and is so functional. Very professionally done. We love it. Would highly recommend him.
