They contacted me and then confirmed the date for the carpet cleaning. I had already moved and could not attend so I provided the house code.
Frank came in and did the job without requesting payment. I could not be there to pay him so I wired the funds after. He had no issue with that and was perfect for me.
I think others may not have trusted that I would pay them but he assured me that it was all fine....
