We appreciated his flexibility in accommodating several changes on the go, such as replace all kitchen cabinets, remove bathroom tub and replace it with a beautiful shower or changes to the original lighting -all at reasonable prices. Always available to discuss issues and replied to my messages/calls within minutes!
Michael worked tactfully with the Condo's Management Office, managed water shut offs and noise issues successfully.
