BES Contracting

I hired BES to demolish my old flooring and install updated new tiles in the main hallway and kitchen of my old home. The job was originally done in June 2019. A problem arose throughout the year with the floors resulting in some tiles lifting and cracking through regular use. I reached out to them by text to inform them of th4e situation and they responded immediately. They came back to assess the situation within days of my text and without hesitation agreed to undertake a full new reinstallation of the flooring without any labour costs to me. While nobody enjoyed the prospect of having to undertake a new instal of floors that were done 13 or 14 months previously, we proceeded because too many tiles were cracking and/or lifting. The cause was identified and the reinstall was completed. These are men of integrity in an industry that is not always known for this human quality. They apologized profusely for the inconvenience of having to undertake the job twice in a little over a year but they did the work without a complaint and with a smile. They are to be commended ten-fold for their honesty, integrity and work ethic. They are to be commended for backing their work to ensure full customer satisfaction. I will be having them back shortly to undertake a renovation to my back door area.
