The screen on the storm door required replacement. I contacted Homestars and the response was same day service. The screen frame was picked up the same day and returned the next. Less than 24 hour service is impressive. The request was easy to complete on line. The service was quick and efficient. The replacement screen was exactly what I wanted. Very easy and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our sunroom is 20 yrs. old and the windows and plexiglass roof were leaking when it rained. The fellows ( who are fabulous) recaulked everything, including areas that were never caulked but should have been and put new weather stripping on all windows. Other, bigger, well known sunroom companies would not touch our sunroom, so thank you Appearance Window and Door! It's been raining steady for 2 days now and no leaks! Appearance also came to do the job within one day and had it done in two. From now on, they are our go-to company!
