Excel Roofing

I called a few places, hoping to get an estimate for a leak repair. Excel was the only one who was willing to provide a free estimate.
When Thedy came to take a look, it was just broken tiles. Since it was a simple job, I asked him to take care of it.

Awesome job. Workers are very nice and diligent. They cleaned everything after their job done. We are very satified of the outcome.

Original request was for power washing the roof. Excel said that would ruin the shingles. Instead they dry brushed and vacuumed the moss off. Also cleaned the gutters. Very happy with the results. Reasonably priced. Would use again.

Thedy Joseph and his team did excellent job at a very reasonable price. Thedy was clear in his communication, provided all the details required for me to make the decision, took before and after pictures of job done, clean up after the job was completed. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work done, professionalism demonstrated and the cost. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

First week was moss removal. Very good job. Removed moss and treated roof same day. Second week was replacing all the shingles and flashing on our extension, and identifying/fixing a leak. Work was very professional, leak was identified as coming from the flashing and shingles around the skylight. Everything on the extension was replaced and a turtle air vent was installed for extra circulation. We will work with Thedy again to swap out skylights to a more modern design. Overall very happy. The team we’re friendly and polite, and did a great cleanup job afterwards.
