I hired Konstantin from reviews on this site and I am very happy that I did. His customer service and professionalism is fantastic. He got the job done quick and on time and was very to the point in what we needed and nothing more. I would recommend konstantin to anyone who needs attic work done.

I contacted Konstantin by phone for bringing my home attic insulation up to R60. He was courteous and said he would call me back with a date and time he could come to first inspect my attic before providing a quote. True to his word, he contacted me the next business day with a date the same week--he was very responsive. Although I chose to go with a different type of insulation (I'm topping up the type of insulation that pre-exists in my attic), I still recommend contacting him.

Needed a vapour barrier put in on short notice. Konstantin showed up same day to look at the project and had it done the next day. Excellent job. Very professional. Absolutely no issues and very happy I was able to find him! Highly recommend.

I moved into a house a few months ago and was looking to assess the situation in my attic with insulation and ventilation.

After calling several companies, Konstantin was the most responsive. He came by to take a look and identified that the amount of insulation in the attic was not up to code. He also recommended installing rafter vents.

All the work was done perfectly and at a cost that came in below everyone else.

I hired Konstantin and his crew because of his upfront transparency and the fact he was not trying to upsell me. Konstantin and his team were very informative and patient throughout the engagement phase guiding me to the choice that best fit my needs. Great, honest contractor with excellent service and work ethic. Added insulation in my attic to get me to the R60 standard and fixed some issues with wall insulation that I didn’t realize were there, until he showed me. Highly recommend.

I wanted to hire someone to add insulation under my sun room, but Konstantin was honest and told me it would have cost way too much if I break the ceramic tiles on my floor and the project will not be worth the money to be spent. He also informed me that the work was not doable from underneath due to the small space. He then gave me some useful tips and advice on how to close the foundation around sun room. Very honest guy, respectful and courteous.

I called bigger companies and I never heard back form them. Big companies are waste of time!

He then gave me tips on how to do it and what materials I'd need. Very nice of him considering how many dishonest contractors I've dealt with.
