We are extremely appreciate your feedback.
First of all our company owns only big trucks with 26 and 28 feet boxes and we don't have any smaller sizes. Secondly, every single time before we put the order into schedule we discussed with our customers how much furniture and things they have to move. After that we approved the size of the truck. Despite that it is never one hundred percent that everything is going to fit in one trip. Moreover, we don't charge our customers for the second trip.
If we are talking about garbage we want to pay attention to that fact that we always require from our employees to clean up after work and have garbage bags in the truck.
According to our records, we didn't have any customers with the name Bob for the last few months.
Anyway we would be very happy if you could contact our office to figure out the problem and find out what have happened indeed.
