Found JonhL thought Homestars. He came in and quoted my job to replace >80 pickets and do some refinishing work on the railing. He assured me that the job would be done right and he would guarantee it for 1 year. Of the 80 pickets, 10 of them were cracked during installation which he said he would replace; have not seen him in > 8 months despite reaching out to him over 10 times. The railing is unstable after they took it apart and now presents a safety concern. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
