Lindi is a nice easy going guy. Professionally, he is a hard working guy who cares for the small details.
I had a wood header above a double garage door that was looking bad due to the rotten plywood cover. He fixed the frame nicely before replacing the plywood with aluminum. His work was so good that I gave him the job of covering wood beans in the porch, frieze board capping and garage door capping. A neighbor liked his work and hired him to do the same work in her house

Top flight has done siding and eavestroughs at our home. The work was excellent. They came in on time and budget (no surprises) They have done several homes on out street and everyone was very happy with the work.

We got Topflight to replace our aged gutters because they did excellent for my neghboour before. Lindi, a very knowledgeable sale had patiently explain to us the pro and con of different options when had came over to do the estimate. They even tell us some potential issue with our roof that we will need to pay attention in the future. Unlike some of the contractor we had delt with in the past, their attention to detail is beyond our expectation and they clean up everything after the work had completed. We are truly appreciate their work and we definitely recommend them for any future works.

Lindrit from Topflight Aluminum is a honest and hard working man. His team were responsive and provided fair quotes for my eavestrough, and supplied samples for us to choose colours. When our chosen materials arrived Lindrit and team installed them in less than 1 day, and kept the job site clean tidy, removing all old materials.

Subsequently we also had our window box and garage trim repaired and installed 1 year later with Lindrits team. Who honoured our quotes 1 year prior.

Top Flight operates a single team consisting of the owner (Landrit) and 1 assistant. Hence they are better able to pay particular attention to details and to quality, unlike competitors that operate several teams. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and had the most competitive (lowest) bid amongst half-a-dozen contractors bidding for identical work. They use proper "outlets" to join downspouts to eavestroughs (some contractors forgo them to cut corners), and even spray painted the outlets to colour-match the eaves. They use only preferred flat colours (black in our case). Was very pleased with their work and highly recommend them if you want to avoid getting unnecessarily price gouged by the competition.
