WARNING Stay Away From This Company!!
This company came onsite to diagnose a problem with my fridge. They told me 85.00 + HST for diagnostics and that if we go ahead with the repair within 2 days the 85.00 would be put towards the repair. I called the next day to proceed with the repair, nobody answered the phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I left several voicemails over 4 days, and nobody ever called me back. I tried the office number again the next day spoke to someone named Tim (he was driving his car when I called) who assured me the original tech would call me back. I never got a call. I messaged the company several times thru the online booking website and thru their website, I also left voicemails by calling both their tollfree and local phone number - nobody called me back. Finally just today I called from a different number, and behold - I spoke to the SAME tech who came to do the estimate. He pretended at first to not know me, was very rude and talking over top of me. Told me that because I did not contact him in 1 day that I could not use the 85.00 towards the repair. I told him I wanted to be refunded or have the work done, the tech was very rude and hostile, even yelling over me, he told me I singed a waiver and that I would get no refund. He offered no customer service, did not apologize for any of the problems and instead told me I am out of luck. I told him I am contacting the bank for a charge back, he laughed at me and told me 'go for it'. I highly recommend you avoid this company, very unprofessional - took our money and offered us no service. Im calling my bank to dispute the charge now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
