Very thorough and knowledgeable

Kris was very professional and took the time to go through his findings and answer questions in a clear and concise manner. The inspection was very thorough but also provided context as to how serious deficiencies were and allow us to plan the best way to address them. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone needing a home inspection.

Not only did Kris provide such a thorough and detailed report, he was prompt, professional and took the time to go over all areas of our purchase to ensure confidence and be prepared financially for immediate and future home repairs. The Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie provides refuge and services for women and their children experiencing violence and we deeply rely on donations and community support.
