Ruben was quick to reply to my questions and also called me to confirm as well.
He was available straight away, maintained great communication while on site and completed the job efficiently. Even after he completed the initial pruning, he still adjusted the tree even more upon my additional request. I greatly appreciate his work and love the finished result.
