Mark was on time, polite and professional. The furnace maintenance work was performed quickly and efficiently. He effectively problem solved and diagnosed the pilot light issue with the gas fireplace (the main reason for the service call) and fixed it. He also cleaned everything - it looks and operates like new :) This service call far exceeded my expectations - very satisfied!! Thanks Mark :)

They did fix my heating air conditioning system in the short notice perfectly without any surcharge. So happy for the results after a while and highly recommended however I cant remember the exact name the tech guy or so but theyre awesome.

Mark did an excellent job on our yearly maintenance for the furnace and fireplace. On this occasion, he noticed a "micro" gas leak in the furnace and worked diligently to resolve it. Afterwards, he showed me again how to turn on/off the fireplace as I tend to forget on this procedure even he already showed me the last time he was here.

I would like to recommend Mark, tech from Air One who came to do the maintenance service for my thankless water heater and furnace today. He was courteous and professional, explaining what he was doing at each step. I feel confident going into the winter season having had this done. Thank you AirOne and thank you Mark!

Mark is awesome. This would be the second or third time he has come to do the annual service and it's always been an absolute pleasure. Mark thoroughly explains everything and answers all of my questions. He provides exremely helpful advice, like being mindful of the code generated in the front panel. Called for service and tech within two hours
He diagnosed the problem as a defective fan motor and would order it and probably get it on Monday. He called on Saturday saying the part was ordered and when he got it he would be delivered on Monday.
He called Monday and said he would come back to instal it
He came and installed it.

Responded very fast when our a/c broke down on a Saturday morning. The tech arrived by 1pm and it was cleaned, serviced and fixed within an hour. Great job.
