I was referred to Kevin by my son who is a home inspector. It was immediately obvious that Kevin is quick to respond and answered every question I had as they came up. He took care of everything from start to finish, including consulting with a structural engineer, preparing drawings, submitting builders permit, scheduling location services for underground utilities and ordering my door and window of choice. He skipped nothing in ensuring he would be prepared for construction day. Kevin communicated scheduling clearly and was mindful of all considerations throughout, such as neighbours, noise when excavating and cutting through the concrete, and what would be happening on each day of construction. Kevin and his team were professional, personable, clean, organized and hard working. The entire process was a breeze with Wallace Construction leading the way and the completed job was perfect. They left the area like theyd never been here to begin with and were conscientious about keeping things tidy throughout the entire project. I highly recommend Wallace Construction for excavation, concrete cutting, basement window and door installation as well as stair installs and any other services offered by Wallace. Kevin was professional, timely and detailed with his work. He was able to upgrade our basement window and window well and coordinated the interior finishes. We were so impressed by his service and how organized he was. We cannot thank him enough for also taking additional time to coordinate with our landscaper and walk us through the water proofing that we didn't even know we had in our basement. He is a hard worker and a genuinely great person to work with.

I hired Wallace Construction to fix a foundation issue. Water was seeping up from the floor in one of the corners of my basement . They installed an interior weeping tile system and sump pump in that portion of the basement and the problem was solved. The completed work was exactly what I expected and I was impressed by the professionalism of the company. Kevin did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of the project, from start to finish.
