Main Floor Structural Wall Removal

From the moment I met Sam I felt completely comfortable. He was not only the official engineer, but he was also the one working on my structural wall tear down. He brought another gentleman named Glenn with him and together they were clean and professional and very knowledgeable in their respective jobs. I had a 16 1/2 ft steel beam installed and a couple of heating ducts rerouted and all was accomplished efficiently as promised. I truly feel I can sleep at night knowing the job was done right. Thanks again guys. You have my number one recommendation!

Spectacular work

It was a great experience to work with Sam and his team. Sam has solid technical skills and construction experiences. He was very patient to explain the ins and outs for me. He came up with smart solutions customized to my house to relocate the ducts, minimizing the space for bulkheads and posts. The new space looks spectacular. During the construction, they truly paid attention to details, treating my place like their own. I cant say enough things about them. Highly recommend.

The company specializes in structural engineering and renovations. OCEC LTD was founded to be able to help others live their lives without unwanted obstructions. It may be a wall, a duct hump or post in the basement that is in the way of your pool table or a home gym or simply in the middle of a room. Whatever the case may be it’s not IM'possible. Our innovative approach to basement post removal has been designed and approved by qualified engineers with many satisfied customers. The method does not require any welding or major beam replacements. We have also made it possible through our ingenuity to be able to sink beams into the joists to have a perfectly flat ceiling finish on both the first and/or second floors of your home.
