We had a little bit of water coming through the ceiling of one of the rooms on the top floor of our house. Marcello came, went up on the roof, found the problem, clearly explained the problem (turned out that we had some roof shingles whose glue had degraded, so they were lifting up whenever there was a strong wind), showed us a video (taken with his phone right then and there) demonstrating that his explanation of the problem was correct (i.e. he showed that some shingles were lifting up when he used a blower to blow air at them), and then fixed it.

We also talked a little bit afterwards. Obviously we don't know him well after only a short conversation, but my wife and I generally got the impression that he was an honest, straightforward kind of guy. Good at his work, and genuinely wants to do good for people. We'll gladly call him again in the future.
