From the initial visit for an estimate to the completion of the work, Mark was very kind and communicative. He took a No-pressure approach, explained his thinking around options, and consulted with me about all the decisions along the way. He was also flexible around the installation date when we had some unrelated work go longer than expected at the house.

The rest of his crew were also friendly and worked well, completing the project in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaning up after the work was done. The heat pump is working great and has addressed all the heating issues we hoped it would.

Mark and his team not only replied right away but was eager to help find our problem.
Within 3-4 days we had him booked and they got right up in the attic and figured out some issues with our bathroom vents. They were very knowledgeable and open about options to help with moisture in our bathrooms - they even cleaned our vents for us that were in fact very dirty. They didnt hesitate to get onto the metal roof and check the vents there too. I feel better knowing we had Mark and his team fix and verify our vents are all connected and working as they should.
He also did a quick check on our HVAC system and we needed to replace the filter. He had one in his vehicle and added it to the invoice - easy and hassle free. Thank you!

Mark's service was impeccable. Mark removed an existing rad heating system, installed new ductwork throughout the home, along with furnace and AC. His knowledge and expertise made this experience as good as I could ever hope for.

Over the last year and a half, Haven has done lots of amazing work for us during and after our home renovation. We had radiator lines moved and updated, ductless ac unit and new gas fireplace installed with amazing attention to detail and care. We had HH&C install a furnace, and water heater while we went away on vacation. Mark did a great job on both, everything was neatly installed and he even cleaned up some wiring from a previous installer of the old furnace. Recently we had HH&C come back and install a smart thermostat, Air Conditioning and a new bathroom exhaust fan for us. Very happy with the results!

I used Haven HVAC to install a garage heater. Mark initially came out and we discussed the best options to mount the unit and vent it correctly and provided valuable input. On the day of installation they arrived on time and quickly got to work with the installation. The end result is just what I wanted. They took the time to route the gas line correctly as well as the electrical hookup and everything was done as if they were doing it in their own home. At the end of the job the garage was cleaned up and they even took the packaging from the heating unit and vent kit. Happy to recommend Haven HVAC to anyone needing a garage heater install.
